Aaron joins the Partnership Council for the first time this year from the Sacramento Kings. Originally from Los Angeles, Aaron enters his second season with the Kings. Aaron oversees Suite & Loft Premium Seating at Golden 1 Center. Previous to working with the Sacramento Kings, Aaron worked with the LA Galaxy in Major League Soccer and the Ontario Reign of the American Hockey League. Aaron is excited to be a part of the American Cancer Society Golf Tournament planning committee as cancer has touched his life as it has many others.

Jamie Gomes - Economic Planning & Systems Inc.
Jamie Gomes, MBA, is a Managing Principal with the consulting firm Economic & Planning Systems, Inc. (EPS) where he specializes in capital facility financing, fiscal impact analysis, government reorganization, and real estate economics. Directing complex consulting assignments on behalf of both public- and private-sector clients, Jamie’s work has resulted in successful new and redevelopment projects, including municipal incorporations and former military base reuse projects. Adhering to one of EPS’s core values, Jamie prepares objective analyses to inform clients’ decision making—striving for the most financially effective solution that minimizes uncertainty and shares risks between the public and private sectors. Jamie is one of EPS’s leading experts in implementing infrastructure financing mechanisms, particularly Mello-Roos Community Facilities Districts, development impact fee programs, and related cost-sharing agreement mechanisms.
Jamie holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from California State University Sacramento and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California at Davis. He serves as the Treasurer for the Urban Land Institute—Sacramento District Council and participates in the District Council’s Executive Committee. In addition, Jamie serves as a board member for First U.S. Community Credit Union, a Sacramento-based credit union serving members who live, work, or worship in 12 counties surrounding Sacramento. Finally, Jamie is a member of the American Cancer Society’s Sacramento Partnership Council, which raises approximately $175,000 annually for the society.

Curt Rocca - DCA Capital Partners
Curtis M. Rocca serves as Managing Partner of DCA Partners, responsible for all aspects of the organization, and also functions as a General Partner to the Firm’s affiliated private equity fund, DCA Capital Partners. Mr. Rocca is a seasoned chief executive with a background in leading high growth organizations from inception to exit. In his career, he has held a number of top executive management positions including CEO of several companies, both public and private.
Prior to DCA, Mr. Rocca was Chief Executive Officer of Dental Partners, Inc., a healthcare services roll–up based in Sacramento, CA, but with operations across the U.S. During his stint at Dental Partners, Mr. Rocca led the growth and operations of this multi–state healthcare consolidation from a standing start to over $30 million in revenues in 18 months, before driving negotiations for the Company’s sale in late 2000.
Prior to Dental Partners, Mr. Rocca was President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Bio–Dental Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ: BDTC), a global dental technology and products company. Under his leadership, Bio–Dental quickly became one of the nation’s fastest growing public companies, as recognized by Business Week magazine. Mr. Rocca led the Company through several rounds of financings in both the private and public markets, a number of strategic acquisitions (and related integration thereof), and managed all investor relations activities and company operations. In 1997, Bio–Dental was purchased by Zila, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZILA), a global diversified biotechnology and dental pharmaceutical company focused on the development and marketing of preventive healthcare technologies and other biomedical products. Bio–Dental’s share value increased over 50x during Mr. Rocca’s term as CEO. Following the successful close of the merger, Mr. Rocca remained a Director of Zila Inc.
Prior to Bio–Dental, Mr. Rocca served as Executive Vice President and Director of Celebrity Inc., a leading automotive aftermarket specialty business which pioneered the original development of gold plated automobile hood ornaments and manufacturer emblems in the automotive industry. Under his leadership, Celebrity earned the distinction of being named to the Inc. 500 list of America’s fastest growing private companies. In his role at Celebrity, Mr. Rocca oversaw all business operations.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Rocca worked in various management functions with Marriott International, Inc. and Pacific Bell (Pacific Telesis Group), which is now part of AT&T.

Throughout his career, Mr. Rocca has served as a Senior Advisor and Board Member to a number of public and private organizations, including service as Chairman of the Compensation Committee as well as an Audit Committee Financial Expert for public companies under Sarbanes–Oxley. Mr. Rocca earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis, where he graduated cum laude. He remains an active advisor to high–growth businesses, and community organizations including Comstock's Magazine, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the American Cancer Society.
Mr. Rocca has often served on task forces and advisory boards focused on attracting capital and creating jobs within underserved communities, including specific initiatives sponsored by the Governor’s Office of Economic Development, The US Department of Agriculture, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, the Milken Institute, the CA Economic Summit Access to Capital Working Group, and others.
